A Solid Launch Consulting LLC values individual privacy and wants you to understand the information we collect about you and how we use it.  Our expertise is in the area of business leadership.  Our website and the services we offer include personal and group coaching, on-line instruction, blogs, videos and other resources and teaching tools (collectively, the “Site”).  By using the Site, you agree that you have read and understood this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy describes (a) the information that we collect from you, which may include personal data, (b) how we use that information; and (c) the rights and options available to you regarding that information.  The following Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time without notice.  All updates to this policy will be posted on our Site.

When you use the Site, or when you provide us with information about yourself, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of such information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of our Terms of Use available at https://asolidlaunch.com/terms-of-use.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SITE.  The Site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site.

Information That We Collect

We, and our third-party providers, collect information that you supply to us voluntarily using the Site, creation or modification of an account, request for services, contact with client support, or other similar communication.  Generally, we collect only information that is needed to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us.  You can always refuse to provide such information; however, doing so may limit the services we can provide to you.  Examples of the type of information we collect may include (collectively, together with any other information we may collect in relation to your use of the Site, “Personal Information”):

Some Personal Information may be automatically gathered so that we can monitor the use of the Site in order to make improvements, better serve visitors, and improve our product offerings. We rely on you to ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date.  You may do so by logging into your User Account, if any, or contacting us as described below. In accordance with applicable laws, and at your request:  (i) we will provide you with access to your Personal Information for any legal purpose; (ii) we will correct any Personal Information that is inaccurate; and (ii) we will delete any Personal Information so long as we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process certain requests that we deem inappropriate. How Do We Use Information?

Sharing Information

In general, we do not “share” Personal Information that is personally identifiable to you, except (i) where we have your express permission; (ii) where required by law; or (iii) with parties who provide services to us such as information processing, analytics, extending credit, delivering products, managing and enhancing customer data, providing product platforms, assessing interest in our services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, we only share Personal Information to provide or improve our services, product offerings and advertising. We will not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes. The third-party services providers use and sharing of your Personal Information will be subject to such provider’s privacy policy. Though we endeavor to use well-known, generally accepted industry professionals, we are not responsible for any third-party provider’s use or sharing of your Personal Information. We may disclose any collected information, including Personal Information, if: (1) the disclosure is necessary or useful to our provision of services or operation of the Site; (2) we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, interests, or property; (3) we are acting in good faith to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request; (4) we believe in good faith the disclosure is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or similar legal or administrative process; or (5) a third party acquires us or the Site, in which case your information will likely be among the assets transferred.

 

Cookies and Web Beacons 

We may also collect cookies, which are small pieces of information sent to your browser by a website that you visit. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, please let us know by using the mechanism that can be found in such emails we deliver, such as the “Unsubscribe” feature, or by emailing us as provided on our “Contact” page.  To help us process your request, please include the email address for which you are requesting no contact.  Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request.

Please note that, although you can choose not to receive promotional messages, we reserve the right to send you informational email messages about any administrative notices regarding the Site, as permitted under applicable law.

We utilize customary information technology security to keep the information that you provide to us via our Site secure. Notwithstanding, as effective as our reasonable security measures may be, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases and cannot guarantee that Personal Information supplied to us will not be intercepted or accessed.
